Moving products of various weights and shapes around the country is very complex. When critical dimensions or weights reach different levels the freight can change drastically or may even be rejected by a particular carrier (such as UPS).
There are many rules to shipping and the online estimates can not always assess all of these complex issues. For example UPS will not ship any items that are 8 feet or over. In addition, competing carriers may be able to deliver your purchases at a lower price than calculated by the website program.
Freight costs may be higher or lower than shown for tagged items. If the cost is significantly different than calculated, we will notify you of the correct best freight cost and request your approval to proceed.
