BambooSK8 KICKER booth

We had an awesome 5 days at the Maloof Money Cup.  For those of you who were there – you most likely saw us at the KICKER booth sharing some space and selling our awesome bamboo decks.  It is always great to look around and see bamboo skateboard decks being carried by excited skaters and there were tons of them; thank you to those who purchased and thank you to KICKER for being so kind!

We’d like to give kudos to our friend Ashley over at Loopd who did an amazing paint job on some of our bamboo decks with the “where the wild things are” deck.

Bamboosk8 was proud to support the first ever all military skate contest put on by the armed forces skateboarding association by donating some 100% bamboo decks and sending one of our interns over to assist the event.  We are very thankful for those that sacrifice for our freedoms we often take for granted.  By supporting this event, our intention isn’t to make a political statement in any way… just to say “thank you” for our fundamental freedoms.  Peace to the world!!
