So kids, farewell time!! This will be my last post.. I was lucky enough to get a job as a designer at Fox Racing and have already begun on that whole new journey.. I will miss the bamboo crew, and the fun crazy work environment, I had a ball and learnt a lot about how start-up businesses operate in this tough industry- was experience ‘behind the scenes’ that you definitely wouldn’t get at any of the bigger boys within the action sports industry.
I started my internship on the other side of the world- in Australia- and ended my bambosk8 journey here in Oceanside, CA. Just proves that you can be anywhere in the world and gain valuable experience- as long as you have skype!! While I was at bamboosk8 I worked on graphic promo material and I helped develop the new and improved website which will be launching soon, keep your eye out for it..
So thanks to everyone – Geoff for giving me a chance on the other side of the world, and thanks to all the interns- you guys are awesome and do a great job!

If you want to see some sexy bamboo decks I will be featured in a skateboard art exhibition down in San Diego on the 1st July, the gig is at ‘Taproom’ and will feature different artists from SD and OC- mark D- another intern, will also be in it so come along!
