Bada Boom!

Whats going on guys? My name is Gary and I am an intern here at the infamous BambooSk8. I have been here at BambooSK8 for about a month and half now and really enjoy everyone I work with. The tasks are demanding yet extremely rewarding when done. Since alot of you dont know much about me let me fill you in. I grew up in Costa Mesa, a small city in Orange County next to Huntington Beach/Newport Beach. Graduated from a small school called Estancia High School, and played Junior College Football before getting a scholarship to Southern Miss. at Orance Coast College. I played Center for 2 years at Southern Miss and for  Confrense-USA and received a degree in Business.

Once I was done with that part of my life I quickly moved back home because I couldn’t get out of the “Dirty, Dirty” fast enough. Yet when I got home, there seemed to be void in my life since I was playing football anymore. I didn’t have to wake up a 5am for weights, be at a meeting, get ready for next weeks game. I literally had nothing to do. So i went back to school, am currently working on a double major in Graphic Design and Advertising and hope to get a job for wicked awesome action sport company.

I am wicked excited about working at BambooSk8, I found the add on Malakye.com and applies as soon as possible. I am way stoked on being a pioneer of these 100% Bamboo skateboards, its a innovation to the industry to say the least and the future of ec0-friendly thrashing. So that is a little about myself, and my first post. Hope yall enjoyed it, and I look forward to more. Till next time!
