Dealer Application Form

Terms and Agreement:

BambooSk8 will invoice Dealer for the products ordered by Dealer upon shipment.  Dealer will pay all amounts invoiced within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from BambooSk8.  Without prejudice to any existing remedy BambooSk8 may have at law or contract, if Dealer fails to pay on the due date any amount which is payable to BambooSk8, then Dealer shall pay to BambooSk8 interest on such amount from the payment due date until actual payment, such interest being equal to ten percent (10%) per annum.  In addition, Dealer will be liable for all collection costs, including, without limitation, all of BambooSk8’s attorneys’ fees.  By placing an order with BambooSk8, which is located in California, Dealer agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction of California law and courts.
