Dealers Dealer Application Form Quality Feedback Report

Terms and Agreement:

Bamboo Skateboards will invoice Dealer for the products ordered by Dealer upon shipment.  Dealer will pay all amounts invoiced within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from Bamboo Skateboards.  Without prejudice to any existing remedy Bamboo Skateboards may have at law or contract, if Dealer fails to pay on the due date any amount which is payable to Bamboo Skateboards, then Dealer shall pay to Bamboo Skateboards interest on such amount from the payment due date until actual payment, such interest being equal to ten percent (10%) per annum.  In addition, Dealer will be liable for all collection costs, including, without limitation, all of Bamboo Skateboards’s attorneys’ fees.  By placing an order with Bamboo Skateboards, which is located in California, Dealer agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction of California law and courts.
